Custom supplement pouches for Idole brands
Custom printed pouches for Idole supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Idole brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Rules in Wales
Label rules that apply in Idole
Any food supplement sold from Idole must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency in Wales. In Carmarthenshire, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Carmarthenshire.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Idole questions
Do I need to be based in Idole to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Idole deliveries go out by tracked delivery to SA32.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Idole?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Idole is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
