Common questions in Idole
Can I see a sample before ordering?

Idole is in Wales, so the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Who checks supplement labels in Carmarthenshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Carmarthenshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
When will my labels arrive in Idole?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Idole orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
