FAQs for Longside
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Longside?
Longside is in Scotland, so the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Longside?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Longside is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Do you only work with Longside businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Longside deliveries go by tracked delivery to AB42.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Longside, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Printed pouches for Longside brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
