Common questions in Fetterangus
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Fetterangus address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Fetterangus?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Fetterangus is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do I need to be based in Fetterangus to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Fetterangus orders go out by tracked courier to AB42.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.

Rules in Scotland
Label rules that apply in Fetterangus
Supplements sold from Fetterangus must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of Food Standards Scotland. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
