FAQs for Nalderswood
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Nalderswood, showing our materials and finishes.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Nalderswood?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Nalderswood is usually the next working day after dispatch.
