Questions from Nappa Scar brands
Who enforces food labelling in North Yorkshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for North Yorkshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Nappa Scar address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Printed pouches for Nappa Scar brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
