FAQs for Netherburn
Do you only work with Netherburn businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Netherburn orders go by tracked courier to ML9.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Netherburn, showing our materials and finishes.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Netherburn?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Netherburn is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Printed pouches for Netherburn brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Rules in Scotland
Labelling law for supplements from Netherburn
Any food supplement sold from Netherburn must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, overseen by Food Standards Scotland. Locally, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
