Common questions in Netherthong
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Do I need to be based in Netherthong to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Netherthong orders go out by tracked delivery to HD9.
Who checks supplement labels in Kirklees?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Kirklees, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
