FAQs for New Town
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Do you only work with New Town businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. New Town deliveries go out by tracked courier to RG8.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your New Town address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
