Questions from New Town brands
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Who enforces food labelling in Oxfordshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Oxfordshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you only work with New Town businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. New Town orders go by tracked courier to RG8.
How long does delivery to New Town take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most New Town orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
What label suits a powder tub?
Laminated white PP. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.
