Questions from Upper Basildon brands
Do you only work with Upper Basildon businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Upper Basildon deliveries go by tracked courier to RG8.
Which material is best for a protein tub?
Laminated white PP. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.
When will my labels arrive in Upper Basildon?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Upper Basildon orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Upper Basildon, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
