Questions from Oldbury-on-Severn brands
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Oldbury-on-Severn?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Oldbury-on-Severn is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Who checks supplement labels in South Gloucestershire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for South Gloucestershire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do I need to be based in Oldbury-on-Severn to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Oldbury-on-Severn deliveries go out by tracked courier to BS35.
