Common questions in Oldcroft
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Who checks supplement labels in Gloucestershire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Gloucestershire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Oldcroft?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Oldcroft is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Printed pouches for Oldcroft brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
