Whitecroft questions
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Whitecroft?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Whitecroft is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do I need to be based in Whitecroft to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Whitecroft orders go out by tracked courier to GL15.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Printed pouches for Whitecroft brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Whitecroft
Any food supplement sold from Whitecroft must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff for Gloucestershire.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
