Printed supplement pouches in Sardis
Printed pouches for powders, gummies and capsules, delivered to Sardis with the artwork checked against UK labelling rules.
Printed pouches for Sardis brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Sardis is about 4 miles north-east of Milford Haven, in Pembrokeshire. We deliver to homes, units and offices across the area, from Ashtree Close and Thurston Lane outwards. Rules in Wales
Supplement labelling rules for Sardis
Any food supplement sold from Sardis must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. Locally, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Sardis questions
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Sardis?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Sardis is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Sardis?
Sardis is in Wales, so the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
