FAQs for Sheriffhales
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Sheriffhales?
Sheriffhales is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Sheriffhales address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Sheriffhales?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Sheriffhales is usually the next working day after dispatch.

When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
