Common questions in Staythorpe
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Staythorpe?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Staythorpe is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Who enforces food labelling in Nottinghamshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Nottinghamshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Staythorpe?
Staythorpe is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Printed pouches for Staythorpe brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
