Supplement pouch printing for Tircoed, Swansea
Printed pouches for powders, gummies and capsules, delivered to Tircoed with the artwork checked against UK labelling rules.
Printed pouches for Tircoed brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Questions from Tircoed brands
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Tircoed?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Tircoed is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Tircoed address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
