Printed pouches for powders, gummies and capsules, delivered to Trecastle with the artwork checked against UK labelling rules.
Printed pouches for Trecastle brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Questions from Trecastle brands
Do you only work with Trecastle businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Trecastle orders go out by tracked courier to LD3.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Trecastle?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Trecastle is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Who checks supplement labels in Powys?
