Common questions in Wix Green
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Wix Green?
Wix Green is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Wix Green?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Wix Green is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you only work with Wix Green businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Wix Green orders go out by tracked delivery to CO11.
Printed pouches for Wix Green brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Rules in England

Any food supplement sold from Wix Green must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers for Essex.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
