Common questions in Wix Green
Do you only work with Wix Green businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Wix Green orders go by tracked courier to CO11.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Wix Green address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Wix Green?
Wix Green is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
When will my labels arrive in Wix Green?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Wix Green orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Wix Green
Any food supplement sold from Wix Green must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. In Essex, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
