Questions from Wix brands
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Wix, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can mix several designs in one order.
How long does delivery to Wix take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Wix orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you only work with Wix businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Wix orders go by tracked courier to CO11.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Wix
Supplements sold from Wix must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
One label works across England, Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
