Wollaston questions
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you only work with Wollaston businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Wollaston orders go out by tracked courier to NN29.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Wollaston, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Wollaston?
Wollaston is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Wollaston brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Wollaston
Products you sell from Wollaston must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers for Northamptonshire.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
