Supplement labelling rules for Upperthong
Any food supplement sold from Upperthong must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

How design works for Upperthong businesses
Send us your formula, pack size and any brand assets. We design the back panel to the rules first, then the front to sell, and send concepts for you to choose from. You can bring your own logo and colours or start from scratch, from a single label to a full range. Every design includes a compliance check and print-ready files set up with bleed and a dieline.
