Burghill questions
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who checks supplement labels in Herefordshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Herefordshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you only work with Burghill businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Burghill deliveries go by tracked courier to HR4.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Burghill?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Burghill is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Printed pouches for Burghill brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.

You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
