Questions from Buttington brands
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Who checks supplement labels in Powys?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Powys, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Buttington?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Buttington is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Buttington, showing our materials and finishes.
Do I need to be based in Buttington to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Buttington deliveries go out by tracked delivery to SY21.
