Supplement pouch printing for Varchoel, Powys
Printed pouches for powders, gummies and capsules, delivered to Varchoel with the artwork checked against the rules.
Printed pouches for Varchoel brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Rules in Wales
Labelling law for supplements from Varchoel
Any food supplement sold from Varchoel must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. In Powys, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Powys.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
Begin with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Questions from Varchoel brands
Do you only work with Varchoel businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Varchoel orders go by tracked courier to SY21.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Varchoel?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Varchoel is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Varchoel address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
