Printed pouches for Claypole brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Questions from Claypole brands
How long do printed pouches take to reach Claypole?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Claypole is usually the next working day after dispatch.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do I need to be based in Claypole to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Claypole deliveries go out by tracked delivery to NG23.

Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Claypole
Any food supplement sold from Claypole must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. In Nottinghamshire, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers for Nottinghamshire.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
