Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do I need to be based in Glenmavis to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Glenmavis deliveries go out by tracked delivery to ML6.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Glenmavis?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Glenmavis is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Glenmavis?
Glenmavis is in Scotland, so the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Glenmavis brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Rules in Scotland
Label rules that apply in Glenmavis
Any food supplement sold from Glenmavis must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by Food Standards Scotland. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers for North Lanarkshire.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
