Common questions in Hammerwich
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Hammerwich, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do I need to be based in Hammerwich to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Hammerwich deliveries go out by tracked courier to WS7.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who enforces food labelling in Staffordshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Staffordshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
