Common questions in Lon y Felin
Do I need to be based in Lon y Felin to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Lon y Felin deliveries go out by tracked courier to SA18.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Lon y Felin?
Lon y Felin is in Wales, so the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
