Printed supplement pouches in Tycroes
Custom printed pouches for Tycroes supplement brands that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Tycroes brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

FAQs for Tycroes
Do I need to be based in Tycroes to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Tycroes orders go out by tracked delivery to SA18.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Tycroes address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Tycroes?
Tycroes is in Wales, so the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Rules in Wales
Label rules that apply in Tycroes
Products you sell from Tycroes must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. In Carmarthenshire, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers for Carmarthenshire.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
