Questions from Tycroes brands
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Tycroes address, showing our materials and finishes.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Who enforces food labelling in Carmarthenshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Carmarthenshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How long does delivery to Tycroes take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Tycroes orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
