We are an online supplement label printer, so there is no need to visit us. You send a brief or artwork, we check it and send a to-size proof, usually within a working day. We print digitally on white or clear PP, paper or metallic film, with gloss, matt, soft-touch or foil finishes, in runs from 250 labels. After you sign off the proof, we print in 3 to 5 working days and dispatch your rolls or sheets by tracked courier.

Questions from Penybanc brands
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Penybanc address, showing our materials and finishes.
Do I need to be based in Penybanc to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Penybanc orders go out by tracked delivery to SA18.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
When will my labels arrive in Penybanc?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Penybanc orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.

Rules in Wales
Supplement labelling rules for Penybanc
Products you sell from Penybanc must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. In Carmarthenshire, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
