Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Prestonpans, showing our materials and finishes.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Prestonpans?
Prestonpans is in Scotland, so the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Do I need to be based in Prestonpans to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Prestonpans deliveries go by tracked delivery to EH32.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.

Rules in Scotland
Labelling law for supplements from Prestonpans
Supplements sold from Prestonpans must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, overseen by Food Standards Scotland. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
