FAQs for Ashley
How long does delivery to Ashley take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Ashley orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Ashley address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do you only work with Ashley businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Ashley orders go by tracked courier to CB8.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Who checks supplement labels in Cambridgeshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cambridgeshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
