FAQs for Ashley
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
How long does delivery to Ashley take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Ashley orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Who enforces food labelling in Northamptonshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Northamptonshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Ashley address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
