Questions from Austrey brands
When will my labels arrive in Austrey?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Austrey orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you only work with Austrey businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Austrey deliveries go out by tracked courier to CV9.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Austrey, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
