Common questions in Aviemore
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Who checks supplement labels in Highland?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Highland, overseen nationally by Food Standards Scotland. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Aviemore?
Aviemore is in Scotland, so the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Aviemore address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
