Questions from Bagillt brands
How long does delivery to Bagillt take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Bagillt orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Who enforces food labelling in Flintshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Flintshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Bagillt?
Bagillt is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
