FAQs for Balcombe
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Balcombe?
Balcombe is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
How long does delivery to Balcombe take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Balcombe orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Which material is best for a protein tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Do I need to be based in Balcombe to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Balcombe deliveries go by tracked delivery to RH17.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
