Rules in England

You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.

Questions from Bathway brands
Do you only work with Bathway businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Bathway orders go by tracked courier to BA3.
Who enforces food labelling in Somerset?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Somerset, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What label suits a powder tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
How long does delivery to Bathway take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Bathway orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
