Bilbrook questions
Do you only work with Bilbrook businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Bilbrook orders go by tracked delivery to TA24.
When will my labels arrive in Bilbrook?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Bilbrook orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Who checks supplement labels in Somerset?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Somerset, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
