Questions from Blackbrook brands
What label suits a powder tub?
Laminated white PP. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
How long does delivery to Blackbrook take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Blackbrook orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you only work with Blackbrook businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Blackbrook orders go by tracked courier to RH5.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Blackbrook?
Blackbrook is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Blackbrook address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
