FAQs for Blackdown
Do I need to be based in Blackdown to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Blackdown deliveries go out by tracked courier to CV32.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Blackdown address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
What label suits a powder tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Blackdown?
Blackdown is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
