Questions from Bonthorpe brands
Do I need to be based in Bonthorpe to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Bonthorpe orders go out by tracked delivery to LN13.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Bonthorpe address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
How long does delivery to Bonthorpe take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Bonthorpe orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
