Boughton Aluph questions
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Boughton Aluph?
Boughton Aluph is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you only work with Boughton Aluph businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Boughton Aluph deliveries go by tracked courier to TN25.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
When will my labels arrive in Boughton Aluph?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Boughton Aluph orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
