FAQs for Brandy Hole
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do I need to be based in Brandy Hole to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Brandy Hole orders go by tracked courier to SS5.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Brandy Hole?
Brandy Hole is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
When will my labels arrive in Brandy Hole?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Brandy Hole orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
