Brixworth questions
Do you only work with Brixworth businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Brixworth orders go by tracked delivery to NN6.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long does delivery to Brixworth take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Brixworth orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Brixworth address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Who checks supplement labels in Northamptonshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Northamptonshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
