Common questions in Butterwick
When will my labels arrive in Butterwick?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Butterwick orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you only work with Butterwick businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Butterwick orders go by tracked delivery to YO17.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Which material is best for a protein tub?
Laminated white PP. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Butterwick?
Butterwick is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
